Summer Courses in Spanish as a Foreign Language in Jaca (Huesca)

Spanish Language and Culture Courses for Foreign Students

 

Two-week courses (50 hours of class, a total of 65 hours)

 

I. Jaca, from 29 July to 09 August 2024

II. Jaca, from 12th to 23rd August 2024

 

Tuition fee: 285 €.

The registration fee includes the tuition, the material used in the classes (except for the textbook and the activity book, if applicable) and the certificate of attendance, which will be given to students who have attended classes with sufficient attendance (at least 85% of the classes).

A Diploma of Proficiency in Spanish Language issued by the University of Zaragoza can be obtained. Examination fees (18 €) are included in the registration fee.

 

These courses have 1,5 ECTS credits each one recognized by the University of Zaragoza.

 

 

Month course (100 hours of class, a total of 130 hours)

 

III. Jaca, from 29 July to 23 August, 2024

 

Tuition fee: 465 €

The registration fee includes tuition, the material used in the classes (except for the textbook and the activity book, if applicable) and the certificate of attendance, which will be given to students who have attended classes with sufficient assiduity (at least 85% of classes). 

A Diploma of Proficiency in Spanish Language issued by the University of Zaragoza can be obtained. Examination fees (18 €) are included in the registration fee.

 

This course has 2 ECTS credits recognized by the University of Zaragoza.

Contents 

Grammatical, functional, lexical and sociocultural contents are taught.

In order to work on these contents, they will be integrated in the classes:

  • Communicative competences: linguistic, discursive, strategic and sociolinguistic.
  • Programs with a communicative and student-centered approach.
  • Comprehension, expression and oral and written interaction tasks.

The teachers in charge of teaching these subjects have specific training in teaching Spanish to foreigners and a long experience in different universities and teaching centers.

 

Level test

Before the beginning of each course, students will take an online test (outside of class hours), which will be used to place them in their corresponding language level, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

The number of students in each class is limited.
