Information regarding personal data protection
INFORMATION REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with the provisions of current legislation regarding the protection of personal data (Regulation EU 2016/679, of April 27) we would like to inform you that any personal data provided will be by the University of Zaragoza as the entity responsible for this data treatment, being the Manager the competent in this matter (Paraninfo Building 1st floor, number 4 Plaza de Basilio Paraíso, 50005 Zaragoza). You can exercise your rights of access, or portability Manager, clearly indicating the reason for your request along with a copy of your identity document. The request may be made in paper format or by electronic means.
If you think that we haven’t processed your personal data as required by law, you can contact the (dpd@unizar.es or the Spanish Agency through the forms provided for this purpose and accessible from its website https://sedeagpd.gob.es
Being responsible, the University of Zaragoza informs you that any personal data provided will exclusively be used for the following purposes:
a) Academic and administrative management of the enrolment of students in the Spanish Courses for Foreigners (ELE), Extraordinary Courses (CEX) of the University of Zaragoza or in any of the programs and activities related.
b) Academic and administrative management of the intervention as director / teacher / speaker / guest expert / moderator… in the Spanish Courses for Foreigners (ELE), Extraordinary Courses (CEX) of the University of Zaragoza or in some of the programs and activities related.
c) Academic and administrative management for the obtention and issuing of certificates, titles and diplomas of participation in the before mentioned courses and activities.
The University of Zaragoza is entitled to handle these data as it is necessary for the execution of the legal relationship established between you and the university so that it can fulfil its functions at the service of society complying with the provisions of Organic Law 6/2001 of Universities.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the University and its updating.
The University will communicate the necessary personal data to the following categories of recipients:
- To bank entities for payment and collection management.
- To public or private organizations by virtue of the conclusion of collaboration agreements or contracts or subsidies, complying with the provisions of the respective specific legislation and current legislation on Data Protection.
- To those services in the University that are adequate to complete, where appropriate, the management of the university services offered.
Your personal data will be handled and kept by the University observing current legislation on data protection, then becoming part of the University Historical Archive, prior to the expiration, in accordance with the provisions of the Historical Heritage legislation.
Data protection is everyone’s responsibility.
